Don't expect a house call if you're a Comcast customer during the Pope's visit.

As Philly.com reported, Comcast announced Friday that it will not visit any Philadelphia customers in their homes for service or installations from Friday, September 25 to Monday, September 28 because of the upcoming papal visit.

The company said transportation restrictions and other security measures would make it too difficult to make house-calls.

Comcast users can still call 1-800-Xfinity during that time for customer support. In addition, they can call the number in advance in order to schedule home visits before the pope visits.
