On Friday night in Los Angeles, the NHL unveiled the 67 players from 1967 to the present who had been voted among the league’s 100 greatest players. As it turned out, nine players who wore the Orange and Black received that honor.
The nine are, roughly in order of importance to the Flyers franchise:
• Bobby Clarke
• Eric Lindros
• Bernie Parent
• Chris Pronger
• Darryl Sittler
• Peter Forsberg
• Jaromir Jagr
• Paul Coffey
• Adam Oates

As you can see, only three of those players would associate with the Flyers as their main team (Clarke, Lindros, Parent).

Jagr, who played with the Flyers for one fun season in 2011-12, was one of six current players to crack the list, along with Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews, Duncan Keith, Alex Ovechkin, and Patrick Kane. Here is how the players were selected:
The 100 Greatest NHL Players is a centerpiece in honoring 100 years of NHL hockey. A Blue Ribbon panel comprised of distinguished members of the hockey community - including executives, media members and NHL alumni - selected the list of esteemed players.
