Pennsylvania State Police say alleged victim's car needed $4,000 in repairs after incident

Four motorcyclists from Chester County were arrested by Pennsylvania State Police troopers in Lancaster County after they allegedly kicked and hit the vehicle of a driver who they said nearly ran them off the road.

The names of those arrested had not been released, according to a report published Monday by PennLive.com, but they were identified as a 42-year-old woman and 42-year-old man from Oxford, Chester County, and a 24-year-old woman and 30-year-old man from West Grove, Chester County.

Police said the incident happened the afternoon of July 3, when the alleged victim, a 29-year-old Maryland woman cut off the bikers while traveling on Lancaster Pike in East Drumore, Lancaster County.

The bikers followed the driver, and when the woman's car stopped at a nearby intersection, they surrounded the car and kicked and hit it. They then rode off, police said.

The bikers caused more than $4,000 in damage to the vehicle, and they have been charged with criminal mischief, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct.
