The Independence Visitor Center will be #OpenInPHL for the World Meeting of Families and papal visit.
Philadelphia’s Independence Visitors Center is using social media to get a rough head count and to spread the word about local businesses that plan to remain open during Philadelphia's papal visit, Sept. 26-27.
