A Bronx woman is facing multiple criminal charges in connection with the death of a Philadelphia woman who received illegal butt injections from her last summer.
Prosecutors revealed charges against Wednesday against Whalesca Castillo, 44, who allegedly performed the dangerous procedure last June, according to the New York Post.

Lesbia Ayala, 49, of Philadelphia, died of a heart attack that stemmed from “systemic silicone embolism syndrome," a medical examiner said after reviewing the case.
Castillo has been arrested twice previously by New York authorities. She spent a year in jail in 2012 after investigators determined she was charging clients $1,000 for illegal injections of liquid silicone, which she obtained from the Dominican Republic. She reportedly closed the her patients' wounds with Krazy Glue.
In 2014, Castillo was jailed again for performing the same procedures while on supervised release.
Castillo is charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and unauthorized practice of a profession.
