The Borgata Hotel and Casino is launching a new LGBT initiative starting with a weekend celebration in mid-March.
The three-day OUT at Borgata event, March 13-15, will include special performances at the casino by LGBT celebrity-advocates, Sarah McLachlan and Kathy Griffin, as well as an OUT at Borgata party at MIXX, one of Borgata's nightclubs, and special hotel and spa packages, according to a report by Philadelphia Magazine.
While both McLachlan, a musician, and Griffin, a comedian, say they are straight, they are also vocal supporters of human rights and equality.
McLachlan – who admits she’s locked lips with a girl, or two – told The Huffington Post in an interview about her sexual orientation last April that she believes every human should have the right to choose who they love.
"And it's not anybody's goddamn business, really," she said.
