Olón, a new restaurant at Tropicana Atlantic City, will host a special wine and food pairing event on Thursday, June 29. The Jose Garces restaurant, which was inspired by the beach town Olón, Ecuador, has a focus on fresh seafood.

In the dining area, every seat has a view of the ocean or boardwalk. Deck seating also overlooks the beach.

During the event, guests can take in the view while sampling six signature wines from the Uruguayan winery Bodega Garzón.

Wines will be paired with dishes like wagyu beef empanada and ceviche. View the full menu here.

The evening kicks off at 6 p.m. and tickets, which are $85 per person, are required.
