DeMarco Murray may be among several new faces in midnight green this year, but the Eagles already fully have his back.
Literally, Eagles logos arrayed on a press conference backdrop nearly fell on Murray's back as he spoke about preparing to face his former team, the archrival Cowboys.
Granted, that is probably a featherweight backdrop, but good look by the Philly media to give him a heads up. Murray had a tough debut on the ground against Atlanta Monday night, carrying the ball 8 times for 9 yards in the 26-24 loss.

As for Murray's state of mind heading into Sunday's game, he says he's ready for the challenge and won't make any individual changes in his preparation. The team, he said, will need to make some minor adjustments to clean up the issues they had against the Falcons.
In summary, Eagles fans are incredibly fortunate that DeMarco Murray was not smothered by that backdrop.
