Arby’s, the fast-food chain known for its cheddar cheese-smothered roast beef sandwiches and, now, its new brown-sugar bacon sandwiches, has launched a helpline for the many vegetarians it may tempt with its food.
The marketing ploy support hotline comes as the fast-food chain introduces its new, limited-time-only, brown-sugar bacon sandwiches.
Those who fall victim to the sizzling sounds and tantalizing smells of crispy bacon can call 1-855-MEAT-HLP.
Then, the caller can follow the prompts depending on whether he or she is experiencing urges or has already caved, the latter of which will be met with a sympathetic voice recommending you “take a deep breath, and go make a salad.”
