Ambler’s newest community of 104 luxury homes, Mattison Estate, in high demand

Real estate sales in Greater Philadelphia’s desirable suburbs have been surging lately as millennials leave the city to start families, and baby boomers look to downsize into easy maintenance homes. Ambler’s latest addition of luxury homes right near its downtown district, Mattison Estate, began accepting orders in June. He built many of the homes in Ambler including Lindenwold Castle, the focal point of the Estate.

Recent years saw continued efforts on behalf of the community and Upper Dublin Township to see Lindenwold Castle and this beautiful estate preserved. “The ability to preserve many features of this once elegant estate is one of the reasons we were so attracted to this site in addition to its premier location,” said Rob Fluehr, Director of Residential Development at The Goldenberg Group.
