Açaí (pronounced "ah-sah-ee") bowls, which looks like ice cream and almost taste like ice cream, have gained popularity in recent years.
Açaí berries, the purple superfood, are turned into a thick smoothie and then granola and fruit are placed on top, creating an antioxidant-rich (and photogenic!) breakfast.
