Audio from 911 tapes released to NBC10 reveals a frantic call following a shooting inside a New Jersey assisted living facility Sunday night.

Police in Voorhees were called to the Genesis HealthCare facility late Sunday after reports of a shooting. George Buller III, 62, of Lumberton, had shot and killed his 85-year-old mother, Andree Buller, in her room, before shooting himself.

"A visitor just shot himself, I'm not sure if he's alive or not," a woman named Maryann first told the 911 operator, according to NBC10.

"Oh my God, it's chaos here," she tells the dispatcher. You can hear screaming in the background once people inside the Genesis HealthCare facility in Voorhees realize the man's mother -- one of their residents -- had also been shot.

According to media reports, Buller was at dinner with his mother in the facility's cafeteria and took her back to her room. He later went to his car and returned to the room and shot her. An aide who ran to the room saw Buller shoot himself, the reports said.

No one else was injured
