2SP Brewing Company, the Delaware County brewery launching with the Delco Lager in its lineup, is officially open for business. As of Tuesday, Aug. 4, the Aston brewery began pouring its five opening brews in its tasting room.
Wednesday and Thursday the brewery will be open from 4-7 p.m., but beginning Friday, it will open from 2-8 p.m. on weekdays and noon-8 p.m. on weekends. So far, the 15,000-square-foot brewery is serving the Delco Lager, Baby Bob Stout, The Weiss Wit, the ASAP IPA and the Bellcracker Double IPA.
Michael Stiglitz and Ben Muse founded the company and brought on head brewer Bob Barrar, formerly of Iron Hill Media. Foobooz reports that Memphis Taproom, Varga Bar, Jose Pistola’s, the Industry Bar, Local 44 and Good Dog Bar will begin carrying 2SP brews next week.
