Friday the 13th is generally considered an unlucky day, but what do the living dead really need to fear? Zombies are welcome to ice skate at Dilworth Park's Rothman Institute Ice Rink on Jan. 13.
The Zombie Skate will take place from 7-11 p.m. (presumably because sunlight burns).
All those who dress up as zombies for the event will be entered to win a prize. In between laps on the rink, attendees can stop into Rothman Cabin for zombie-themed specials. There will be "The Skating Dead" and "Trioxin Cocktail" to drink and "Apocalypse Fries" to eat.
Tickets to skate are $5, while skate rentals are $10.
