For those still wondering whether Ben Simmons' foot is fully healed, you may have your answer.
In an Instagram video posted by Simmons early Sunday morning, the Sixers' top selection in last year's NBA draft tosses a ball off the wall behind a hoop in the team's practice facility, catches it off a bounce mid-air with his left hand and slams it through.
Good morning 😳

After missing all of last season with a broken bone in his right foot, Simmons is set to sit out for Summer League play. But he is expected to be ready to go for the start of the season in the fall, when the Sixers are set to become the first ever NBA team to field two rookie No. 1 picks in Simmons and Markelle Fultz, whom the Sixers took with the top choice in Thursday's draft.
While Simmons made no mention of it in the video, in which he was "having a little fun," teammate Joel Embiid wrote to Simmons Thursday on Twitter, asking him to dunk on the Los Angeles Lakers' Lonzo Ball after Ball's father, LaVar, claimed his son would take the Lakers to the playoffs in his rookie season.
Sixers fans had fun with that on Sunday morning, too.

But one freestyle slam didn't impress everyone.

Any local Philadelphia kid in the park courts can do that says a lot for a guy who hasn't done anything in the NBA
