Last week, we mentioned the growing friendship between Carson Wentz and gigantic Eagles fan/best baseball player on Earth Mike Trout, as the two went hunting together over the holidays and spent some time down the shore.
With Trout in attendance for today's season finale against the Dallas Cowboys, Wentz hit Zach Ertz for a 20-yard touchdown pass to give the Eagles a 17-13 lead. Ertz gave Wentz the football, and the Eagles quarterback made a beeline for his new buddy, sitting in the seats behind the end zone:
