Explore Kensington's growing food scene at Greensgrow Farms party

There will be lots of food and drink from neighborhood favorites

A Taste of Kensington highlights neighborhood favorites.

Spend an evening at Greensgrow Farms in Kensington, enjoying food and drink from neighborhood favorites, during a benefit party on Wednesday, June 13.

The urban oasis will be transformed for A Taste of Kensington, which 300 guests are expected to attend.

There will be bites from CHeU Noodle Bar, Martha, Memphis Taproom, Fette Sau, Frankford Hall, Cake Life and more, as well as beer from Philadelphia Brewing Co. and cocktails created by Rowhouse Spirits.

From Greensgrow Farms, there will be farm-to-table hors d'oeuvres.

Tickets to A Taste of Kensington are $55. Included is food, drink, live music and access to the silent auction.

VIP tickets for $85 are also available. During the VIP reception at 6 p.m., guests can sample Kensington ciders, meet the chefs, watch a cooking demo by Fette Sau's executive chef and learn to mix cocktails with Martha's head bartender.
