The Flyers’ shirt giveaway for Game 3 of the playoff series against the Washington Capitals, which honored Ed Snider, was excellent. The game that night didn’t go the Flyers' (or the fans') way at all, which drew national attention. Thanks to Michael Neuvirth’s brilliance in net, everyone is getting a chance to laugh the whole thing off before Game 6.
Unless they’re just trying to make a funny tweet, that is. Yes, that is Flyers public address announcer Lou Nolan, a pivotal figure during WRISTBANDGATE, on the shirt:
