Philly and scrapple go hand-in-hand. The Pennsylvania Dutch treat is the best part of breakfast. It's almost a travesty that those outside the region don't know about scrapple's deliciousness, but more for us actually isn't bad (just don't think about what it's made from).
At the annual Scrapple Fest in Reading Terminal Market, guests can sample local brands, enjoy creative scrapple dishes prepared by local chefs and see who will win the top prize for their scrapple.
All scrapple enthusiasts know where to be on Saturday, Jan. 23, at 10 a.m.
UPDATE: Scrapple Fest 2016 has been cancelled at Reading Terminal Market on Saturday, Jan. 23 due to the expected blizzard.
