Chase Utley's Gladwyne home, which went on the market in late-April for $3.495 million, has seen a significant price drop.
The home is now for sale for 2.9 million, according to the listing (with photos) by BHHS Fox & Roach, Realtors.
The sale sign may be a tangible symbol that Utley has moved on from Philadelphia, but living in his old adobe might help to make up for a Philadelphia fan's loss.
The home also used to be owned by former Sixer and pro basketball Hall of Famer Allen Iverson, who sold the property in 2006.
It's a stately two-story brick home in the Colonial style, which Utley completely renovated to replace it with an open, California-style layout, the listing notes.
It also comes with a saltwater swimming pool, so now is the perfect time to buy.
