Nelson Armstrong has been located and reunited with his family, according to Philadelphia police.

A 19-year-old man who attended the Made In America Festival on Sunday was reported missing, Philadelphia police said.
Nelson Armstrong, of Medford, Oregon, became separated from his friends during the concert held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Sunday night. He was last seen at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Police are looking for public assistance in locating Armstrong, who is not familiar with the Philadelphia area.
Armstrong is described as 5'10, 165 pounds with brown eyes and brownish curly hair. He was last seen wearing a tan bucket hat with "Hershey's" written on it, a black buttoned-down shirt, nylon dry shorts, navy Vans sneakers and a leather chain necklace with a stone attached.
