Marcus Forte, 40, of Warrington, Pa.
Authorities in Montgomery County have arrested and charged a Warrington man who allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl while employed at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary.
Officials say 40-year-old Marcus Forte, a member of the school's IT department, committed the alleged sexual assaults in his office and at the juvenile's home in Upper Gwynedd Township. The school has cooperated fully in the investigation.
Forte is charged with institutional sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, unlawful restraint of a minor and related charges.
Following an arraignment on Monday, Forte was unable to make bail at $500,000 and was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8.
