Senior pranks are fun, but who said they couldn't be profitable?
A Craigslist ad posted Tuesday lists a property at 201 E. Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting – the location of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School – that can be had for the low price of $2,016.
The description boasts dozens of rooms, a newly renovated kitchen, a large backyard and a pool undergoing construction, adding, "All of this and more can be yours!!"
The too-good-to-be-true offer was the work of this year's graduating class for their senior prank, a school employee told The Times Herald.
The newspaper notes the school is currently undergoing renovations that are expected to continue into 2017.
Prospective (and probably foolish) buyers will now be disappointed, as the ad now says the property has been sold.
