The Twisted Tail, located in Society Hill's Headhouse Square, will host a Kentucky Derby party on Saturday, May 7. The event begins at 2 p.m., with the 142nd Kentucky Derby race taking off at 6:34 p.m. Guests can spend the day watching the lead-up to the first race in the Triple Crown and celebrating a sporting event that dates back to 1875.

Prizes will be given out to the winner of a horse raffle and for the best hat, so make sure to dress in Derby style for the occasion. Mint juleps, the official drink of the Kentucky Derby, and flights of bourbon will be available for guests to sip on throughout the event.
