'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' emojis are now available

Emojis include kitten mittens, fight milk, and green man

You've most likely never necessarily needed an easier way to text someone about kitten mittens or a man in a green spandex suit.

But necessity is not what emojis are for. Which is good, because the new texting icons available for "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" may not be very useful for normal communication, yet for fans of the show they could be perfect.

The show's parent network FX released a mobile app Wednesday that includes emojis based on two of their new shows ("Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll" and "Man Seeking Woman") as well as two of their classic series ("Archer" and "It's Always Sunny").

The "It's Always Sunny" emojis include portraits of the five main characters with Kiss-style hair and makeup as well as reminders of some of the show's more famous episodes, moments and recurring themes, such as:

Kitten Mittens

 Flipadelphia

Fight Club

Green Man

The app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices, and can be downloaded on iTunes here and on Android here

The app is free, but downloaders be warned. When you add the app to your keyboard, you cannot simply tap the desired emoji and have it appear in your text. Instead, tapping the emoji copies it, and you have to tap again in the text bubble on your screen and then paste it.
