The team that brought "sushi burritos" to Philly has created a new fast-casual concept. Wok Street, a southeast Asian rice and noodle bowl eatery, will open on Chestnut Street. The grand opening is May 12.
To celebrate, the eatery will offer complimentary lunch to the first 300 people at the grand opening, starting at noon.
The concept behind Wok Street is to highlight fresh veggies and marinated proteins. Guests can choose from a selection of signature bowls or opt to create their own, starting with a base of rice or noodles then adding in veggies, protein, sauce and toppings.
Wok Street will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
