SEPTA police are investigating after fireworks were set off behind a cashier's booth at 56th Street Station on the Market-Frankford Line.
Police Chief Thomas J. Nestel III tweeted about the incident Tuesday afternoon. SEPTA spokeswoman Kristin Geiger confirmed the incident occurred Tuesday afternoon, but said she could not release many details.

"Someone did throw fireworks behind a cashier's booth," Geiger said. "We're still looking into the matter. It remains under investigation."
There were no injuries, Geiger said. The culprit remains at-large.
