Eagles guard Brandon Brooks isn't just a good football player, he's a good dude.
Almost immediately upon his arrival in Philly – after signing a longterm deal with the Birds – Brooks made it a point to get to know his new city and its football fans, no matter where they live.
But this weekend, the 27-year-old is taking that to another level after receiving the best letter from a fan to a Philly athlete since ...
Geoffrey Lane, an Eagles fan and fellow Miami University graduate, invited Brooks to his wedding in Ohio. And Brooks has actually decided to take him up on his offer; he'll attend the ceremony on Saturday, according to his Twitter account.
