Eagles can wrap up home field advantage throughout the playoffs as early as this Sunday

After securing an NFC East title on Sunday with a win over the Los Angeles Rams, the 11-2 Philadelphia Eagles also put themselves into a position where they can clinch home field advantage throughout the playoffs as early as this Sunday.

With a win over the 2-11 New York Giants this Sunday, the Eagles will clinch at least the No. 2 seed, and thus a first-round bye. With a win over the Giants, paired with a Minnesota Vikings loss at home to the Cincinnati Bengals, the Eagles can wrap up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, with two games to play.

The Eagles may soon have to decide whether or not to begin resting their starters.
