Some of the Atlantic City restaurants Bourdain is expected to highlight, based on his shore tour, are The historic Knife and Fork Inn, Tony's Baltimore Grill and Dock's Oyster House.
The Knife and Fork Inn, above, has one of the oldest and most historically charged establishments in Atlantic City, and a regular hangout of Enoch “Nucky” Johnson, the undisputed political and criminal boss of Atlantic City for 30 years in the early part of the 20th century and the star of the HBO series Boardwalk Empire.
