In this edition of real estate porn, we have a massive estate designed by renowned architect William L. Price on the cusp of the 20th century in the Philadelphia suburbs.
Originally constructed in 1895, the property at 100 Pembroke Ave. in Wayne underwent renovations in 2016 at the hands of KingsHaven Design and John Milner Architects, according to the real estate listing on Estately.
On top of seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, a buyer would also take over two acres of land on the private estate, which is about a 10-minute walk from Radnor Middle School.
Some of the features include a library with built-in bookcases and a master suite with two walk-in closets and a private terrace.
The master suite even includes a third-floor loft accessible via a spiral staircase, which is easily the coolest room in the house.
Of course, this mansion doesn't come cheap — it's listed at a cool $7.4 million.
